Okay, so I'm not actually a cat. That would be weird, since I'm typing this and as far as I know, cat's haven't evolved with the use of apposable thumbs yet. They're still pretty sneaky though.
Who I am is Saskia and I'm an aspiring young adult author. But since I like Cats and was sorely lacking for a decent blog name, I figured I'd roll with The Cat Writes.
Yes, that is my reasoning.
Question it and I'll sick a cat on you.
I really like lists (and most other writers seem to too... in fact, I don't think I've ever met anyone who doesn't like lists. But I digress.) and so I'm going to start listing some random facts about me in the interest of... well, just because I'm bored really.
- I do not own, nor have I ever owned a cat.
- ^^ This problem will definitely be rectified as soon as I move out.
- I can speak pidgeon. This is clearly a left over skill from my previous life as a cat when I would spend my days luring pidgons in for dinner.
- I like cheese. And young adult novels. The two probably go very well together, although I've never tried it. I wouldn't suggest ingesting the latter though.
- I have a scar shaped like a crescent moon on my ankle. This is either a sign that I'm in some whacko cult or that I may or may not have sliced my foot open on a giant plastic mushroom in a kiddy pool. I'll leave it up to you to decide.
